How To Use
Cold Press (Cryotherapy)
Keep product chilled in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before use. If the temperature is too low, let the product rest in room temperature for 3-5 minutes and test again until desirable temperature is reached.
Heat Therapy
Place the product evenly on the microwave plate when heating. Microwave for 10 seconds. Check temperature carefully and continue heating within 5 seconds intervals until the product reaches desired temperature.
