PRODUCT WARRANTY

Your 100% satisfaction is important for us.
Our product warrants to be free from defects in workmanship and materials, under normal residential use following manufacturer's instructions and conditions, for a period of one (1) year from the original invoice date. 
This is subject to verification of the defect or malfunction and proof of purchase as confirmed by showing the model number on original dated sales receipt.
If our store conditions are met, we will provide 100% refund or free replacement.

CHANGE OF MIND? PEACE OF MIND

Your 100% satisfaction is important for us. We offer a 30-days Return & Exchange Policy:​

  • Timing: we have a 30-days Return & Exchange Policy, since the day item was received.

  • To be eligible for a return, goods must be unopened, unused, undamaged and accompanied by proof of purchase.

  • For returns, please email imask.sydney@outlook.com with the subject 'Returns' and include your order number, name and a valid return parcel tracking number.

  • Seller will provide the customer with instructions where to send returned goods. Customers are required to get proof of postage with tracking number when returning goods to avoid "lost packages" situations. The tracking number must be provided to us via email within 30-days , since the day item was received.

  • Please note that customers are responsible for shipping costs of returned items both ways: from our warehouse to you and from your place back to our warehouse facility.

  • When returned item is received and inspected, customer receives a confirmation email, notifying about the status of the refund.

  • If the refund is approved, then it will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to customer's credit card or original payment method shortly after deducting any applicable shipping costs.

Standard shipping - 4-6 business days

Flat rate $5.00 any single order

Free Express Shipping for any single order over $100.

UNITED STATES :

Standard shipping - 5-7 business days

Charges are based on total products' Package Weight - AUD$20.00/kg

Express shipping - 4-6 business days

Charges are based on total products' Package Weight - AUD$35.00/kg

OTHER COUNTRIES :

Due to a large demand and limited stock available, we currently only fulfil local orders in Australia and overseas orders to USA.

If you are interested in our products and are located in other countries, please subscribe and we will notify you when we resume our supply chain worldwide. We apologise for the delay.

HANDLING :

We use Australia Post for all parcels. Our order will be posted within 2 business days. However, shipping time might vary depending on location, shipment method and other factors that are contributed by Australia Post.

Our shipping charges are inclusive of handling fee.

​

*We have seen delayed delivery of parcels cased by Australia Post due to increased number of parcels World-wide.
